Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AgentHotspot, including our connector directory, account features, and (where available) gateway-related functionality.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using AgentHotspot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
- • You're responsible for your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
- • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- • You may not share or resell access in a way that violates these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- • Attempting to bypass authentication or access controls
- • Interfering with the service (e.g., abuse, denial-of-service, excessive automated scraping)
- • Uploading or submitting content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes rights
- • Using the service for fraud, phishing, or distributing malware
User content
If you submit connector listings, metadata, reviews, or other content, you confirm you have the rights necessary to submit it.
You grant AgentHotspot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your submitted content for operating and improving the service.
We may review, edit, reject, or remove content at our discretion (for example, if it violates these Terms or receives credible reports).
Gateway & paid features
Some features may involve metered usage, credits, billing, payouts, and/or third-party payment processing. Where available, these features may be offered in beta and may change over time.
You are responsible for any fees, taxes, and charges associated with your use of paid features. We may suspend access to paid functionality for suspected abuse, chargebacks, or policy violations.
Third-party services
Connector listings may link to third-party services, open source projects, or hosted endpoints. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Intellectual property
AgentHotspot and its branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Except as permitted by law or explicitly allowed, you may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that connectors will meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentHotspot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or engaged in abuse.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date below indicates when changes were made.
