This server provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface to Zendesk, exposing tools to fetch and manipulate tickets, comments, and Help Center articles. It includes specialized prompts for ticket analysis and drafting responses, plus pagination and common ticket operations (create, update, comment). The project can be run locally or in Docker and is designed to be wired into MCP clients such as Claude Desktop/Code for streamlined agent workflows.
