This MCP server provides tools to extract full transcripts from YouTube videos, search within transcripts, summarize transcripts in time chunks, and process multiple videos in batch. It supports both standalone mode using the youtube-transcript-api and a backend mode connecting to a FastAPI transcript service with advanced features like Whisper fallback. It is compatible with Claude Desktop, Cursor, and any MCP-compatible client, enabling easy integration and efficient transcript analysis.
