Description

This server implements the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to let language models and agents manipulate Excel files with macros (.xlsm). It supports creating workbooks, reading and writing ranges, managing worksheets, listing and inspecting VBA macros, and applying cell formatting. Communication uses stdio so it integrates easily with MCP-aware clients such as Claude Desktop, Cursor, or Windsurf. It is useful for automating spreadsheet tasks, generating reports, and enabling AI-driven workflows that need macro support.
