Description

This project implements a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server exposing Whoop API data (cycles, recovery, strain, workouts, and profile) to language models and agents. It supports direct integration with Claude (desktop) as well as an HTTP API server with the same endpoints. The server uses email/password authentication against Whoop and returns human-readable error messages for common issues like invalid dates or authentication failures. It's packaged as an MIT-licensed Python project and includes scripts and configuration examples to get started quickly.
