Description

This MCP server fetches weather overview and weekly forecasts for selected Japanese cities (Tokyo, Osaka, Sapporo, etc.) by querying the Japan Meteorological Agency API. It is implemented in TypeScript/Node.js, communicates over standard input/output (stdio) and is intended to be run as an MCP backend (for example, with Claude for Desktop). The project simplifies integrating up-to-date Japanese weather data into MCP-capable agents and local clients; it requires internet access and Node.js to build and run.
