Description

This repository implements a lightweight MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that fetches active weather alerts by US state and point forecasts by latitude/longitude using the U.S. National Weather Service API. It is intended for easy integration with Claude Desktop or other MCP-aware clients to provide weather data as tools. The project is written in TypeScript, builds to a Node.js executable, and includes usage examples and configuration instructions.
