A CLI tool that indexes personal notes into Qdrant and exposes them via an MCP server for retrieval-augmented generation and local assistant integration.
Query and retrieve personal notes (Markdown, Obsidian, Notion, Apple Notes) stored as vectors in Qdrant to provide contextual answers.
A local MCP server endpoint to expose a personal knowledge base to MCP-capable clients like Claude Desktop.
Index local markdown/Obsidian vaults and keep them searchable via vector embeddings for RAG workflows.
Wandering RAG is a command-line personal RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) tool that pulls data from sources like Notion, Obsidian, and Apple Notes, stores vector embeddings in a Qdrant instance, and serves that data through an MCP server. It provides commands to index Markdown and (WIP) Notion content and to run an MCP server so clients such as Claude Desktop can query your personal knowledge base. The project is intended to be run locally (requires running Qdrant and configuring a .env) and helps agents answer personal questions by providing up-to-date, searchable context from your notes.
