A TypeScript-based sample MCP server and Unity example project for integrating Unity editor tools with Claude Desktop via MCP.
Connect a Unity editor tool to an MCP server to send and receive structured tool input and results.
A TypeScript MCP server example to handle TCP-based message exchange with Unity for prototyping integrations.
A baseline template to build and extend custom Unity editor tools wired into Claude Desktop or other MCP hosts.
This repository provides a simple TypeScript MCP server and a Unity example project demonstrating message exchange between Unity and an MCP (Message Connection Protocol) host. The Unity side uses IMGUI and avoids extra packages to minimize compatibility issues; the TypeScript side shows how to build and run an MCP server and wire it into Claude Desktop. It includes build instructions, a sample configuration for Claude Desktop, and examples for creating custom Unity and TypeScript tools. It's intended as a starter/template for developers prototyping MCP-driven workflows between Unity and agent platforms.
