Description

MCP Typescribe parses TypeScript (TypeDoc) documentation into a machine-readable format and serves it via the Model Context Protocol so LLM agents can efficiently explore, search, and understand unfamiliar APIs. It provides query tools such as symbol search, detailed symbol views, member listing, parameter info, implementation and usage finding, return-type searches, and type-hierarchy inspection. This enables plug-and-play API support for coding assistants, faster onboarding to new or proprietary SDKs, and more autonomous agent behavior without retraining. Note: public development of this repository is currently suspended and maintainers point to a follow-up yFiles-specific MCP server for continued work.
