TSGram MCP runs locally (Docker + Node.js) to bridge Claude Code/Desktop sessions to Telegram, providing AI-powered code assistance, file viewing, and optional file editing from your phone. It includes a webhook server, a web dashboard for bot management at http://localhost:3000, and CLI helper scripts to install, configure, and run everything locally.
