Description

This MCP server provides tools for location-aware travel planning by integrating with Google Maps APIs (Places, Directions, Geocoding, Time Zone). It exposes endpoints to search for places, retrieve detailed place information, compute routes and travel times, and look up time zone data for coordinates. It's designed to be used as a backend for agents (e.g., Claude Desktop) so models can perform travel-related actions programmatically. The server runs locally via npm and requires a Google Maps API key to operate.
