Description

MCP Terminal is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that exposes terminal control and file manipulation tools to LLMs and AI assistants. It supports multiple terminal controllers (iTerm2, AppleScript, subprocess), automatic controller detection, and can run in stdio or SSE HTTP modes. The project includes command execution, file read/write/append/insert tools, Docker deployment, and example integration with Claude Desktop to let agents safely run shell commands in isolated environments.
