Description

A full-featured MCP server that uses Telethon to expose Telegram tools over the Model Context Protocol so agents (Claude, Cursor, etc.) can interact with a Telegram account programmatically. It provides extensive tooling for chats, messaging, contacts, group/channel administration, search/discovery, and user/profile management. The project includes robust error handling, session management (string or file), and multiple fallback approaches for fragile API calls. Note: file-based media upload/download and some GIF tools are intentionally removed due to MCP environment limitations.
