Description

task-tracker-mcp is a lightweight MCP server that lets LLM agents create, manage, and persist tasks in a single hierarchical task tree available immediately after startup. It integrates with Claude Desktop via MCP configuration and can be inspected with the @modelcontextprotocol/inspector. The project is Python-based (requires Python 3.13+) and includes instructions to run both the MCP server and an optional FastAPI REST service.
