An MCP server that connects Strava to Model Context Protocol–compatible AI assistants so they can access and analyze your Strava fitness data.
List and summarize a user's recent Strava activities (runs, rides, swims) to generate insights or reports.
Fetch detailed activity metrics and routes to calculate pace, elevation gain, or compare performance over time.
Access an athlete's profile and aggregated statistics to analyze training consistency and seasonal trends.
This project exposes your Strava account data (activities, athlete profile, stats, routes, and activity details) to AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol. It authenticates with Strava using OAuth2, automatically refreshes tokens, and provides a set of tools (activities, activity, athlete, stats, routes, ping) that format Strava responses for AI consumption. The server is designed to run locally, keeps credentials in a local .env file, and does not permanently store user data. It integrates easily with Claude for Desktop (or other MCP-compatible agents) to enable queries and analysis of your training and performance.
