An MCP server that lets LLM agents (e.g., Claude) control a browser via Steel and Puppeteer to navigate, interact with, and screenshot web pages.
Navigate and interact with websites (click, type, scroll, back) to perform tasks like filling out forms, tracking orders, or following multi-step workflows.
Extract structured or visual information from web pages using numbered element labels and saved screenshots for context and verification.
Run browser automation against either a hosted Steel Cloud service or a self-hosted Steel instance with session management and Puppeteer tooling.
Steel MCP Server (Steel Voyager) provides a set of Puppeteer-based tools exposed over the Model Context Protocol so LLMs can navigate, search, click, type, scroll, wait, and capture screenshots of web pages. It supports both Steel Cloud (authenticated by API key) and local/self-hosted Steel instances, and annotates pages with numbered element labels to make element selection reliable. The server integrates with Claude Desktop and stores screenshots as MCP resources, enabling visual context and automated web workflows such as form-filling, data extraction, and price comparison.
