Description

SpaceBridge-MCP exposes MCP tools and resources that translate natural language requests from AI assistants into SpaceBridge API calls, enabling issue search, creation (with duplicate detection), retrieval by ID, and updates. It centralizes interactions with multiple underlying issue trackers (Jira, GitHub Issues, etc.) through SpaceBridge, reducing context switching and enabling richer AI-assisted workflows. The create_issue tool includes similarity-based duplicate detection and an optional OpenAI-backed LLM comparison to avoid creating duplicates. It is intended to be used by MCP-capable agents to augment commit messages, gather issue context, and automate issue management.
