Smart Rabbit MCP Server provides AI-generated personalized fitness programs tailored to user age, sex, fitness level, goals, and equipment availability. It supports multiple output formats including plain text and interactive React artifacts, integrates scientific references from PubMed, and supports multiple languages. The server works seamlessly with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and any MCP-compatible AI assistant, enabling smart questioning and customized workout plans.

Generate a personalized fitness program using Smart Rabbit AI. This tool creates a complete workout program based on the user's profile including: - Weekly training schedule with all exercises - Sets, reps, tempo, and rest times - 6-week progression plan - Scientific justifications - Safety notes based on limitations Two output formats available: - "text": Plain text with Unicode formatting (default, works everywhere) - "react": Interactive React component with tabs, colors by goal, dark theme (for Claude.ai artifacts) After generating the program, Claude is instructed to use its web search tool to find relevant PubMed studies to enrich the justifications.
