Description

Simple Task Master (SimpleTM) is a small task management MCP server and CLI geared for Claude Desktop code projects. It supports creating tasks with priorities, subtasks, dependencies, status tracking, project organization, and can parse PRD documents to automatically extract tasks. The tool exposes MCP actions (list_tasks, add_task, parse_prd, next_task, expand_task, etc.) so agents can manage and query tasks directly through Desktop Commander MCP. It's designed to be simple, local, and does not require API keys (MIT-licensed).
