Description

This MCP server implements a minimal note storage system with a custom note:// URI scheme for accessing individual notes. Each note resource includes a name, description, and plain-text content; the server exposes a prompt (summarize-notes) that can produce brief or detailed summaries and a tool (add-note) to create new notes and notify clients of changes. It is designed to be simple to integrate into agent workflows that need programmatic note creation, retrieval, and summarization.
