Description

This repository provides a lightweight chatbot that uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect to MCP servers, enumerate available tools, and execute those tools with retry logic. It also integrates with OpenAI-compatible LLM providers via an API key and base URL configured in a .env file. The project is intended as a developer-focused example or prototype for orchestrating MCP tools and LLM calls from a local CLI. It requires Python 3.10+ and basic configuration of MCP servers and LLM credentials.
