Description

This project provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that integrates with ServiceNow, exposing resources (incidents, users, knowledge, tables, schemas) and tools for creating/updating incidents, searching records, and managing scripts. It supports multiple authentication methods (basic, token, OAuth) and can be run from the command line or integrated into MCP clients like Cline. The server enables natural language queries and updates, making it easier for agents to interact with ServiceNow without writing direct REST calls. It is distributed as an open-source Python package (MIT license).
