Description

This project implements a Model Completion Protocol (MCP) server that acts as a bridge between Claude-like LLM agents and ServiceNow. It supports multiple authentication methods (Basic, OAuth, API Key), provides many operational tools (incident management, service catalog, change/changeset management, workflows, knowledge base, user/group management, scripting), and can run in stdio or Server-Sent Events (SSE) modes for flexible integration. Additional features include catalog optimization tooling, a CLI for registration with Claude, package-based tool selection to limit exposed tools, and a debug mode for troubleshooting.
