A macOS MCP server that securely stores API keys in the macOS Keychain and exposes them via the Model Context Protocol for use by agents and tools.
Securely fetch API keys from a central store (macOS Keychain) to call external services without exposing credentials in project files.
Request or supply API credentials to LLM-based assistants (e.g., Claude) using natural language through the MCP interface.
Consistent cross-project access to shared API keys and simple CLI or HTTP access for automation and integration.
ServeMyAPI provides a secure, centralized way to store and retrieve API keys using the macOS Keychain and an MCP interface. It enables cross-project access to credentials without placing secrets in .env files, and integrates with LLM-driven workflows (e.g., Claude) so assistants can request keys via natural language. The project includes a CLI, stdio and HTTP/SSE transports, and examples for MCP clients and Smithery hosting. Note: this tool is macOS-specific and relies on the macOS Keychain.
