Description

mcp-sentry-custom connects to Sentry (hosted or self-hosted) to fetch issue details, events, and full stack traces so agents can inspect and reason about errors. It exposes tools to get a single issue or list issues for a project, and provides formatted prompts for conversational contexts. The server is intended for integration with agent clients like Claude Desktop or Zed and supports running via uvx, Docker, or pip for easy local or CI usage.
