Self-Reflection Claude is an autonomous learning system built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) that captures mistakes and corrective feedback without explicit commands. It stores structured learnings in a SQLite database, performs similarity-based recall of past scenarios, and manages conversation state to apply prior corrections contextually.
