Description

This MCP server extension enables the Zed AI assistant to perform web searches and fetch webpage content through user-configured SearXNG instances, ensuring privacy by routing all queries through the chosen instance. It supports authentication, proxies, custom headers, and configurable SSRF protection, while maintaining a lightweight and secure implementation. The extension uses a Rust/WASM wrapper around a pinned npm package for reliability and security.
