Research Workflow Assistant (RWA) is a modular AI tool designed to run inside VS Code with GitHub Copilot, connecting to academic databases via MCP servers. It supports systematic literature reviews, data analysis, academic writing, project management, and ensures ICMJE compliance with human-in-the-loop mandates. Outputs are generated in Quarto format for reproducibility and multi-format rendering, benefiting researchers across sectors by standardizing and auditing research processes.
