This MCP server performs deterministic, static analysis of Python repositories to detect environment configurations, dependencies, scripts, and frameworks without executing code or network calls. It generates validator-compliant ONBOARDING.md files to help developers quickly understand and onboard onto Python projects. The server supports advanced features like framework detection, notebook capping, and neutral reporting of secondary tooling, ensuring safe and consistent onboarding documentation.
