Real Browser MCP connects your AI agent to your actual Chrome browser, allowing it to see your open tabs, sessions, and interact with the browser as if it were you. It consists of a local MCP server and a Chrome extension that communicate over WebSocket on localhost, ensuring privacy and no data leaves your machine. This setup supports existing sessions, corporate SSO, and multiple Chrome profiles, providing a seamless and secure way for AI agents to verify and act on real browser states.
