Description

Ratchet is an MCP server designed to integrate with Claude for clinical charting by documenting patient visits directly into Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). It currently operates in a mock mode for development and testing with realistic test data and plans to support production integration with the PointCare EMR system. This server streamlines visit documentation, reducing manual data entry for home health nurses and improving workflow efficiency.
