Description

This MCP server provides LLMs with access to a semantic search engine built on PubMed biomedical abstracts. It wraps FastAPI endpoints as MCP tools, enabling LLMs to perform paper search, retrieve paper metadata, and find similar papers with relevance scoring. This approach allows composable and extensible integration of biomedical literature search capabilities into LLM workflows without building a dedicated chat UI.
