Description

This MCP server integrates with the NCBI E-utilities API to enable searching PubMed, fetching article metadata and full texts, generating citations, exploring MeSH terms, and discovering related research articles. It supports multiple transport modes including stdio and HTTP, and can be deployed on Cloudflare Workers. The server offers seven specialized tools and a resource for PubMed database metadata, facilitating comprehensive biomedical literature workflows with configurable authentication and storage backends.
