Description

This Python-based MCP server provides tools to create and update investment portfolios, fetch real-time stock prices and news (via Alpha Vantage and News API), generate performance reports and personalized recommendations, and produce visual asset-allocation views. It can run over stdio (for Claude Desktop) or SSE (HTTP clients) and includes example integrations and scripts to run locally. Portfolio data is currently persisted in manually managed JSON files, with planned work to integrate true banking/financial feeds. The project is aimed at enabling automated agents to manage and analyze portfolios programmatically.
