Description

This MCP server wraps Polygon.io's API endpoints and exposes them as Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools so LLM agents can request market data without handling raw HTTP APIs. It provides access to stock, options, forex, and crypto aggregates, real-time and historical trades and quotes, snapshots, ticker data, financials, and market status. The server supports STDIO by default and can be configured for SSE or streamable HTTP transports, and integrates with Claude Code / Claude Desktop. A Polygon.io API key is required to authenticate requests.
