Description

This project implements a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that translates LLM tool calls into queries against the Australian Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) Public API. It supports stdio and HTTP/SSE transport layers, provides a CLI, and returns structured PBS data for use by AI assistants. The server includes comprehensive error handling (rate limits, authentication) and can be integrated as a tool provider for MCP-compatible clients to enable up-to-date medication and pricing lookups.
