Description

This project implements a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that wraps PayPal's APIs, enabling agents to create and manage orders, capture payments, create payment tokens, handle disputes, manage products, invoices, payouts, and subscriptions through a single interface. It includes OAuth 2.0 authentication with token caching, input validation, retry/backoff and structured error handling to improve reliability. Designed to simplify PayPal integration for applications and agents by providing consistent request/response shapes and operational tooling.
