The Oura MCP Server provides a secure and seamless integration for AI assistants and MCP-compatible clients to access comprehensive Oura Ring health data including sleep, readiness, activity, heart rate, and workouts. It supports OAuth2 with PKCE, token encryption, smart caching, and rate limiting to ensure secure and efficient data access. The server can be deployed easily on Railway or run locally with ngrok, offering flexibility for both production and development environments.
