Description

This project implements an MCP server to access Oura Ring data using either a personal access token or OAuth2 credentials. It provides a range of resources (daily activity, sleep, readiness, SpO2, workouts, and more) and includes tooling for testing and integration with Claude Desktop. The server simplifies giving agents programmatic, date-based access to a user's Oura health and activity context for use in assistants and automation.
