Description

This MCP server exposes repository, developer, organization analysis, collection browsing, project comparisons, and a natural-language query link into OSSInsight. It uses a dual approach — calling the OSSInsight public API (v1) and falling back to web page scraping when needed — to maximize coverage while respecting API rate limits. The project is packaged for easy use via Docker or NPX and is licensed under the MIT License. It is intended to give agents rich GitHub analytics and prebuilt endpoints for common OSSInsight queries.
