OpsPulse MCP provides a FastAPI backend with WebSocket support to create, store, and analyze incidents and tickets using YAML-driven scoring profiles. It offers dynamic health metrics, caching, health probes, and executive summary report generation with PDF export. The frontend dashboard visualizes health scores, utilization, and incident metrics, enabling teams to monitor operational health and generate reports efficiently.
