Description

This MCP server wraps the OpenDota API in a standard MCP interface, enabling agents to query player profiles, match histories, hero statistics, professional player/team data, and more. It includes a collection of ready-made tools (e.g., get_player_by_id, get_match_data, get_hero_stats) and an example client for quick integration. The server supports optional use of an OpenDota API key and can be run standalone or integrated with Claude Desktop via provided config examples. It simplifies building agents that need programmatic access to up-to-date Dota 2 data.
