OMOPHub MCP Server enables AI assistants to search, map, and navigate over 5 million OMOP concepts including SNOMED CT, ICD-10, RxNorm, and LOINC without the need for local database setup or CSV file handling. It supports cross-vocabulary mapping, hierarchy exploration, concept set building, and code validation, streamlining clinical vocabulary workflows. The server is MCP-compatible and can be integrated with various AI clients like Claude, Cursor, and VS Code, offering both stdio and HTTP transport modes.
