Description

This repository provides a TypeScript-based agent that integrates Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers with Ollama language models, enabling models to call tools like filesystem and web research servers. It includes an interactive chat interface with Ollama function-calling support, an easy-to-edit mcp-config.json for adding servers, and a standalone demo mode to test tools without an LLM. The project is useful for building and testing tool-enabled agent workflows locally and supports both Node (npx) and Python (uvx) MCP servers.
