A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that queries the NIST NVD/CVE APIs and returns LLM-friendly, chronologically sorted vulnerability results with built-in date handling and chunked parallel requests.
Search and retrieve CVE information from the NVD for natural-language queries and incident analysis.
Accurate time-relative querying (e.g., "this year", "last 6 months") using the get_temporal_context tool and absolute date ranges.
Enumerate vulnerabilities by CPE or track CISA KEV additions and CVE change history with automatic chunking for large date ranges.
This MCP server provides tools to search CVE descriptions, retrieve CVE details, query by CPE, inspect CISA KEV additions, and fetch CVE change history. It includes a temporal context tool for time-relative queries, supports absolute and relative date ranges, and automatically chunks large date ranges for parallel processing. Results are returned formatted for LLM consumption, sorted newest-first, and include input validation and robust error handling for reliable automation.
