Description

This MCP server is a proof of concept pilot that enables querying the NIH RePORTER grant database through four main tools: searching projects with summary statistics, fetching complete search summaries, finding project IDs, and retrieving detailed project information. It facilitates quick previews as well as comprehensive data retrieval for research and analysis purposes. The server is designed for cloud deployment but can be adapted for local use, supporting integration with LLMs or other MCP clients.
