Description

This MCP server exposes the NIH RePORTER API through tools for searching projects, publications, or both, returning structured results including abstracts, PI and organization details, funding, and dates. It supports rich filtering (fiscal years, PI names, organization info, funding amounts, keywords, RCDC terms, date ranges, COVID-19 flag, etc.) and configurable result limits. The server is designed to integrate with MCP-compatible clients (e.g., Claude Desktop, Cursor) to enable agents to perform grant discovery, literature lookup, and project analysis in natural language.
