Description

Nexus is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server offering zero-install deployment via npx and real-time web search using OpenRouter's Perplexity Sonar models. It implements MCP tool/resource interfaces, structured citation extraction, request caching, deduplication, retry logic, and Winston-based logging. The project is written in TypeScript with strict typing and is designed for easy integration into MCP clients (Claude Desktop, Cursor, etc.). Note: using the search features requires an OpenRouter API key and may incur API usage costs.
