Description

This MCP exposes a suite of utilities for Nextflow developers: building Nextflow from source, running integration and plugin tests, launching the development Nextflow runtime, managing the development directory, and accessing documentation. It integrates with Claude Desktop and Cursor through FastMCP and can be configured with a NEXTFLOW_DIR environment variable. The MCP streamlines common development and testing workflows for contributors working on Nextflow itself.
